I did some scaling of the Dragonball Cosomology, Goku Feats:To see how strong goku is we have to study the dragonball cosmology I wanted to explain the Dragon Ball Cosmology and why it isn't just 3-A as our current standards suggest. Also, I state that I will speak only of the animated series and the manga. so there will be no cosmology of games like Dragon Ball Xenoverse / Heroes, for now.


Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z
The Living World
The Living World is the lower half of macrocosm. It is perfectly sealed within opaque walls marked with strange patterns, in contrast to the trasparent crystalline dome that covers the afterlife. the living word is split in two dimensions described as being like the two sideds of a coin. The top half is outer space by the Kaiō and Kaiōshin, and run according to science (or what passes for it in the Dragon Ball world). The bottom half is the Demon Realmwhere magic has more sway than science, and where evil Makaiō and Makaiōshin are gods. Despite the two dimensions being polar opposites, when beings from either one die their spirits still travel the afterlife with no distinction.[1]

The Living World is a 2-C structure due to be maded by 2 parrelal Low 2-C structure

Outer Space
Outer Space, or also called Universe, is the upper portion of the living world, and is the realm where Goku and the other main characters live. It is the only portion of the Dragon Ball world that even remotely resembles reallity, being based of the actualy universe. As such it consist of planets, starts and other celestial bodies. Daizenshuu 7 explains that in the Dragon Ball universe a collection of a planets form a nebula, and a collection of nebulas forms a galaxy. Galaxies withing Universe 7 are divided up into North, south, east and west.[2]

Dende states there are walls between dimensions and that these same walls separate the ROSAT and the universe, meaning the dimensional walls are 4D. The Daizenshuu confirms this as well.

Due to walls separating Afterlife with The Living World and due to the time existing, The Outer Space or Universe does qualify for Low 2-C. also, it's stated that Universe is Infinite, that dosen't qualify for Low 2-C, but it is a sustaining statament which is therefore High 3-A

Demon Realm
The Demon Realm is located at the very tip of the universe 7, it's the lower half of living world, a dimensions that exist on the reverse side of the universe.as we said before, Demon Realm is a parallel dimension of Outer Space, so it means that it is Low 2-C


The Afterlife
the afterlife in the Dragon Ball series. It is where characters go when they die, and also where the higher deities of the universe reside. The “World View” section of Daizenshuu 7 divides the afterlife up into three rough areas: the lower third is Hell, ruled by King Enma; the middle third is the Enma Realm, also ruled by King Enma; and the upper third is the Kaiō Realm, ruled by the Dai Kaiō. The Enma Realm consists of Enma’s palace, the Serpent Road, and the Afterlife Airport, while the Kaiō Realm is comprised of the four Kaiō planets, Heaven, the afterlife sun, and the Dai Kaiō’s planet.

In the Daizenshuu, the afterlife is stated to be a dimensionally transcendental world that can’t be perceived by the human realm. so it should be Low 2-C

Also, Toriyama refers to them as different worlds.

"I think it’s something I came up with so both I and the readers would be able to easily grasp it. The big ball in the center is the world known as this world and the afterlife, and the one who watches over it from outside is Kaiōshin."

Note that World in context means Universe

Heaven
Daizenshuu 4 states that Heaven is the size of the universe. also we can see in the filler arc numerous planets and stars, which would be a good sustaining feat for Heaven being universe sized. So it should be 3-A


The Realm of the Kai
The Kaioshin Realm is, well, the realm of Kaioshin. It is a special realm completely separate from the macrocosm that the afterlife, universe, and Demon Realm are all encolosed within. It's maded up of a giant crystalline sphere, abouth 1/10th the size of macrocosm, and it revolves around the macrocosm like a moon.[3]

So for now there are 5 Space-Times, that are 5 Uncontable Infinite Structure. 5 Uncontable Infinite : 10 = still 5 Uncontable Infinite.

The Room of Spirit and Time

there is not much to say about the latter, it is a different dimension in which the protagonists have been able to train more than one occasion.

When using the Earth entry, time passes 365.24 times faster in the room of Spirit and Time than in the real world, making one day outside the chamber equal to 365.24 days within it (one solar year). also it's quite obviously that it's a space-time continuum. but it's only planetary sized, meaning it dosen't qualify for Low 2-C, where you need destroy a Universe sized Space-Time. Instead, it's Space-Time Manipulation. By the way Goku was threating to destroy all of this in his super sayain god form (which he put this power in his base form). On a lowball Goku is Low complex Multi, on a High ball Goku is Outerversal.

Now, the feats you're using to compare are absolute trash. Saitama has multi-galaxy strength because he destroyed a bootes void which holds 2, 000 galaxies and later grew 12x stronger. We multiply the 1, 000 he destroyed by 12 and get 12, 000, we then multiply by two since he was using one hand. (but his full power) We end up getting around 30, 000 galaxies for Saitama's full power. And for his speed, he is FTL+ to MFT+ Whereas Goku has high hyperversal strength and immeasurable speed, also having low - mid hyperversal durability along with every other stat he has being at least low hyperversal.
