Wow so many errors. Trans am was 69 to 02 not 67. Smokey and the Bandit was a 77 not 76 as that year had round headlights. Gone in 60 seconds Eleanor is not a real Shelby and more of a kit car. The Daytona is worth way more then $150, 000 more like $900, 000 to over a million. Shelby Cobra is a Race/ Sports car farthest thing in the world to a muscle car. In 2015 there is no Redeye edition on the Hellcat. This is a mess of a video.

I would have added a 1970 Stage 2 Buick GSX . They only came in two colors and could push out 500 hp with 510 feet of torque....they were monsters back in the day

At college in the 60s we made a visit to the original AC factory by the Thames. Completely hand built and one thing I always remember was the rear leaf springs were greased and wrapped to keep the grease inside.

I was driving a Cobra once that I was wrenching for a friend. Taking it out for an "exercise" I found myself at a red light with a couple of guys in a Volkswagen Thing. They started revving their engine like they wanted to race. Laughter on all sides.

L88 corvette, ZL1 Camaro, LS6 Chevelle, COPO Camaros are the top muscle cars. Used to street race against the Dodge and Plymouths also Mustangs. Came out on top.

Ok the 1st GTO Judge came out in 1969 the Ram Air IV was only made 1969-1970 and since 1969 was tha last year of the 1960's so it had to be the fastest one of the 1960's. The Ram Air V in 303, 400 and 428 was available as an over-the-counter engine. And made a lot more power.

I got a 73 gran Torino sport fastback with a 429 interceptor making 550 hp. Not a drag car but got 165 mph out of it top end. One hell of a ride scared the shit out of me.

I'm a Ford guy, , yet, , one of the cars is an 1969 corvette L-88. To me, , that is one of the most awesome street vehicles in America.

I don't think the Hellcats are the best American muscle cars built. That would be the 69 thru 70 Dodge and Plymouth 426 Hemis, Ford Mustang Boss 429 and the Chevelle LS-6 SS454.

The Trans AM is a nice car & brings back some good memories but it really isn't a muscle car at only 185 HP.

Sorry, the Bandit T/A was a 1978 model, not a 76

Geez, I love all of your pics, I have had a lot of stangs from the 60's to the 80's. Love the transAm, GTO and that GN-X. But my favorite is the AC Cobra and the Eleanor mustang. I never knew it had a aluminum body.

I thought that the Pontiac Firebird from Smoky And The Bandit was a 1977. 1977 and 1978 were the only 2 years of the true Bird design.

I agree, tons of mistakes. Also, no mention of several muscles cars of the 60’s, 60’s. GS Stage I??? 69, 70 Z28? Called it a ‘76 Trans Am, which was really a dog by the way. Not worth more time.
