If you don't know where KSI Bosses was in the movie. If you watch it at the last battle scene, you can see one shooting Bumble Bee in the arm, and another shot in the chest by Hound, then another seen aiming his gun at the bots, then one that gets crushed by Grimlock, then another smashed by a building by Hound. :)

Lockdown isn't a decepticon, he's the decepticon's enemy

Lockdown is not a decepticon to start with. He just found useful to let the decepticons made by KSI to help him find the autobots, and since most of the decepticons were human made the quintessons didn't had any interest to have these decepticons captured by lockdown.
