One engineer says it was Lennon reacting to the high volume of his headphones, Geoff Emerick says it was Paul reacting to a flubbed piano chord. I think it's Paul yelling "chord" and John saying the naughty bit. Cool bit of Beatle trivia, whatever the truth.
