I find it rather amusing that Liara now possesses the unique ability to shut down any conversation she doesn't want to talk about by basically citing information until the person decides they just want to drop it and leave.

If you read the intel after completeing Shadow Broker in ME2 you can see that Tali watches human and interspecies relation vids, while using the nerve stim pro. Pretty funny stuff.

The fun part is that the nerve-stim pro was only like a quarter of the story. She also downloaded Fleet and Flotilla, her favourite cross-species romance movie, a book on human body language, and several immunobooster shots. The nerve-stim pro is uninstalled and reinstalled throughout these purchases. it paints a great timeline

It's one of the Nerve Stimulation Programs Tali talks about that allow Quarian's suits to send feedback and give the sensation of touch directly to the Quarian's skin. For example if something is cold or has a light touch the Quarian can't normally feel it. The program when run would allow the Quarian to feel those particular sensations though simulated. Like any other computer program there's varying editions of it. For example the normal Nerve-Stim would be like a copy of ME2. You get the basic package. Nerve-Stim Pro is like the Collector's Edition. It allows for all sorts of personalized extras and bonus content.
