Oh so that's what is is? I did a faithful playthrough my first time and got the dialogue in the video, then after completing it, I imported the same save into a new game and got this.

People keep saying you have to use save editor to get this line I didn't use it on my ps3 version she just flat out started saying this. But I did have all the dlc for my ps3.
