Great and the point.  Ice hurts: can heat be used to promote blood flow: it's more comfortable than icing.

I purchased your foot massager about 4 months ago. Unfortunately it doesn’t help with my PTTD as the massager focuses underneath feet. It doesn’t help relieve tension on PTTD painful area. The massager is particularly designed for Plantar Fasciitis, which I don’t have. I was diagnosed by my podiatrist for PTTD. It is really sad that your foot massager doesn’t work for PTTD. I really can’t return the massager because I ordered from Canada and I don’t want to go through the return hassle.

Great video! What if the pain is higher up, instead of the ankle higher up on the muscle?

On my leg it’s further up closer to the ending of my calf muscle along the bone

What about pain that is on the inner side of the leg, but is above the ankle? Hurts when walking, running, going down stairs. I tried this test and it wasn't a problem.

I'm so confused. Randomly every so often I'll feel a little pinch of pain in that spot. Itll hurt when I run down stairs. Sometimes. And when I do this test I don't feel anything. What the heck could it be?

Unfortunately mine is a combination of an ankle injury (I’m not a runner) flat feet, torn ligament upper right thigh and L4 and L5 issues. Every Dr wants to blame the other … it’s the thigh and not back. It’s the ankle not thigh. It’s back but doesn’t affect ankle etc ugh 😩

This makes sense. My podiatrist gave me recommendations for plantar fasciitis but I always felt like it was something else going on. Is it possible to have both conditions? Can one cause the other?
