I’ve done 5 dynasty startups and ngl a very good strategy in general is to trade back from your 3rd round pick for a 4+7th or 5+6th rounder. You’ll find when you get to those rounds and have 2 picks you come out smashing. You end up with an extra starter than your opponents, and a lot of those third rounders end up being name value and recency bias.

Also let’s be honest the difference between being 22 vs 25 is not that significant at all
