Exercise science is really dangerous, you can lose yourself in it while looking for perfection or you can make it simple and progress through it.You know what you are talking about Matt, glad I've found your channel.Keep it up!

Read your first book, great stuff, looking forward to part two! Question for you, if time and tension are the most important variables to muscle growth - does that mean a super slow approach (ala Body by Science style) or simply doing one set to "failure" would be a good approach if building muscle was the goal?
