If you want to go to jail, that is what a quote a pro teaching. In kick boxing, you lean back on your support leg, getting strength from it while coming up landing a punch at the right side of the chest to the ribs everyone is alive the bully is bruised for a month or so learned his lesson and you protected your self. Do not hit in the throat unless you are 100% on having proof of self-defense that your life was at risk or it can bite you back in a cort system. Just a little reminder to people watching, that throat chop, if done correctly not only can knock the wind out of someone but can actually outright kill someone causing a collapsed windpipe and instant suffocation. So only consider that when your life is in danger in self defense.
