The best part about training is getting used to throwing a punch. If youve never been in this situation you might be afraid to punch or freeze up. Training really helps with that

Very reasonable move! Elbows are awesome. I'm not good w/ my left, but the right... ! Thx bro. I like your work on filling our toolboxes w/ everything possible, for every situation, things we sometimes don't remember or think about!! Keep going in spite of negative comments!! Imagine 2 paired off, and each throwing a perfected right elbow at precisely the same time.
