Vanities are pricey. One grand for a basic 48". When they come up on Facebook marketplace, relatively new, they're gone in like an hour.
Love that Pop up drain, the stupid ball and stick thing is always hard to line up.

Keep a small plunger under the sink for when the pop up drain stops up, because pop ups do clog more easily and more often than the old style drain.

I’m replacing a vanity on the first floor of a thrift story townhouse. The sink had a vent in the original plumbing. Do I have to use a vent in every bathroom according to Google, I do.

Or the homeowner brings you an Ikea knock down vanity made out of MDF. Ya laugh inside and let them know that this is not a good idea for a wet area. They don't listen and say I like it. You install.
