- Download CA Mobile OTP from App store or PlayStore
- Click on ‘Retail/Corporate User’ to proceed
- Enter your User ID and click ‘Enter’ to proceed
- Enter your password and click on login
- Click on ‘Services’ tab to proceed

Hello Bank of Baroda I was cheated, I also complained and got the account frozen but till date no action has been taken. Now I want my account to be unfreeze..whenever I make payment it says that your account is frozen or blocked but when I spoke to customer care she said that your account is neither frozen nor blocked .
