Personal favorite tidbit takeaways:
- Bags within bags! Expandable storage for EDC/Travel sure does come in handy sometimes
- Pancho. Someday I'll come to the dark side. Just haven't found the perfect ultralight/tough ponch yet.
- No deodorant! We don't need more unpronounceable lab-created chemicals next to our lymph nodes

I traveled thru The Philippines for 1.5 months with a grail water press in my pack the whole time, the titanium one, it was great. I went thru the water down there too it was hot.

Brilliant Ideas - agree with the need to carry some extra cash. The drawstring bag is ideal & I scored a few pocket backpacks at a trade show & these go with me in my travel bags / work bags. When I have travelled & pulled one of these out from my pocket to store my items.

when I was on a plane almost weekly, I learned that I cannot live without dental floss And a couple of sizes of Band-Aids. Of course I had cash, sunglasses, a collapsible umbrella to give shade or keep the rain off. And I always had a Lara bar, the densest and healthiest fruit/proteins/meal bar in existence. I also carried the individually wrapped alcohol or iodine patches, just a couple.

I love the edc belt. I don't leave home without Benadryl! It never fails I'll find something new I'm allergic to. Sometimes it's someone else who needs it. Thanks for sharing, stay safe.

I agree about flashlights. Single button multi-modes are the worse. For EDC and around the home, I like the cheap 3 AAA cylinders and 2 AAA pen types. My best pocket flashlight is watertight with a magnetic charging port and two buttons, but I would never trust the TSA to handle my PowerTac M5 flashlight. Even with the discount by Taurus, it was not cheap.
