Mahindra and Tata have serious QC issues . Out of 1 lac customer even 1 customer gets a faulty vehicle, his hard earned money is gone . We must stop the Dada Giri of these brands. VW/ Skoda should have studied the Indian market better . Their interiors, which was key differentiator is not a factor anymore.

Did test drive of Virtus 1.5 and BMW X1 1.5 litre petrol engine today. I must say, the gear shifting and power delivery in both the cars felt similar. The difference is obviously in the interiors and in the suspension. It looks like 1.5 automatic in virtus and Slavic is great value for money.

Today semi towns & rural areas people are also earning well. In such areas roads are still pretty bad in places that is why suvs from mahindra sell well. Tata being an indian brand is failing to understand the indian market. Also people want boxy square muscular big cars again tata is making curvy lower designs which seems smaller than they are

Although a VW fan, Maruti has a special place in my heart. It was the first car (also have a Tata) we had which didn't have any major issues in the long run of 17 years. However boring Suzuki maybe, a Suzuki is a Suzuki. This is the brand which brought affordability of cars to India. ❣️
