It would be nice to have a Titanic II built. On it's maiden voyage it should cruise out to where the original ship went down and then stop in the area to have a memorial with wreaths laid out in the water. Also family members or descendants of the original should have priority on the first cruise should they want to. I know they may not feel comfortable doing so but thoughts and prayers should go out to them as well.

My Grandmother was from Belfast, she used to remember looking out of her bedroom window, looking towards the Harland & Wolfe shipyard in Northern Ireland, she remembers the arc lights illuminating the ship’s construction at night …what a sight that would had been..

It had two identical sister ships for God sake. It wasn’t the one of a kind wonder ship it gets portrayed as. Actually it’s sister ship Britannic was technically ever larger. As with all things TV media and movies dumb down people on so many subjects.

The Titanic 2 should be built in Belfast like the original when and also when built it should also have a monument to those who died on the original Titanic thats if it is ever built to begin with.

Honestly I would love to go on Titanic II maiden voyage to New York if it happens. Although the ship sank in history ship sink but got a ship renamed after them (the Britannic for example) all of the original survivors are dead and you have either their grandchildren or great grandchildren whom knows of what their loved ones went through but either doesn’t effect them or care. No one can say ware you where at when Titanic sank unlike with the Costa Concordia. There is a generation disconnect with Titanic so having a modern replica to sail would in some way reconnect and remind us of her story

If the Titanic hit the iceberg head-on it would never of sunk because all the damage would of been limited and contained to the front of the ship, it was trying to avoid the iceberg and bad seamanship that caused the disaster. God bless all those lost souls 🙏🙏🙏🙏
