I noticed something about Soldier Boy. Dude may be a violent douchebag and hated by many, but during that conflict the Payback team was killing off Mallory's men, whereas Soldier Boy was actually killing the real enemies.

Edit: since many refuses to see when this post was made, here is my copy paste comment for the follow-up on episode 7:

"Yeah after the Black Noir animated event on what went down, it was clear they were killing off every single eye witness and leaving the unconscious be so they can confront Soldier Boy.

It was the episode that had me rewatch this scene again that I'm liking Black Noir more and more. He's definitely not the Black Noir from the comics for sure. So far much like Kick-Ass 1 and Scott Pilgrim, I actually enjoy The Boys show a lot more than the comic version."

Edit2: I still hope Black Noir is alive. I could have sworn he can regenerate of sort. If he is dead, then I still think he is far better than the comic version.
