The POWER of Fasting You HAVE TO Know! Everyone of importance in the Bible practiced fasting: Moses, David, Elijah, Esther, Daniel, Anna, Paul, Jesus, just to name a few. When Jesus taught on fasting, He would say “When you fast” not “If you fast”. He assumed that we would fast.

On day 7 of a 21-day fast. God has moved beyond words. Deliverance has occurred, yokes have been destroyed, fresh revelation has surfaced. Wow!!!!

I was supposed to end my fast today. But, I failed on my 8th day. I felt like it was an achievement to reach the 7th day so I became complacent and totally let go of the idea that fasting is powerful. Tonight, I come to God once again to ask for another chance to do it right. Tomorrow will be my birthday, I ask God to allow me to celebrate and have feast. On Feb 4, I will start again. The story of Hannah has been using by God to speak to me. That's the reason why I am certain, God is calling me to do it again. Please pray for me. 🙂

The Holy Spirit is for sure using this! My first fast and it's very new territory but He's led me to start. My wife and I have been struggling to fall pregnant and I believe this is the next step, coming back to Him, renewing that passion and fire for Him. There's so many health problems in our family too and it feels like I'm the only one just waiting for when God turns it all around.

I can fully and with joy and thanks be to our Heavenly Father say that whatever Pastor Vlad said is true. I fast sometimes but time year, from 01.01.25, I decided to make a conscious effort to walk with God. To put God first and I didn't know how to go about it so I said God, I will start with fasting. Till this day, I would say besides Giving my life to Jesus and making Him my Lord and savior, this is the next best decision I have ever made. Those lustful thoughts that lingered in my head have all vanished, the thought of engaging in something where I should be the sole benefactor have all disappeared. I have become very conscious of 1 Corinthians 6:19 and that has really shaped my thinking and behaviour. I am always conscious that my body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit and this has filtered my thoughts and speech. I am thankful to God for this transformation

The soul and spirit fights. If your soul only knows to depend on “listening to the body”, your soul will fight your spirit. Wow. The insight Pastor Vlad has! “We all have soul sicknesses”
