I fasted 30 days, a week & half in God supernaturally heeled me of my social anxiety & my dependancy on antidepressants. Right after studying the word & a long prayer. I got out my car, went back in from my lunch break at work & I knew something felt different. From that point I started talking to everybody comfortably & then when I was outside I greeted strangers & neighbors I never talked to willingly, I felt confident without anxiety triggering my body. I never felt this level of freedom from my anxiety even on medication which I was on & off of my whole life since a teenager. I threw away the medication & months later it hasn't changed. Imagine I thought I was gon be dependant on medication my whole life, I been on fire for God ever since!! He's the greatest !!!

I am starting a 21-day fast today (1/5/25) for my 16 y/o daughter who suffers from extreme low self worth and self hatred. It absolutely breaks my heart but I have faith that this is a mission possible and I will have a testimony to share!

I hadn't done a 3-day dry fast for 4 years...fell pregnant 4 years ago and when my baby was born, I breastfed him for 3 years and I stopped breastfeeding when I tried to do a 3-day dry fast, I didn't make it past 24 hours. End of March 2024 after Easter Sunday, I commited to a 3-day dry fast starting 1st April 2024. In my midnight prayers I was on chapter 22 in the book of Isaiah and verse 22 jumped out for me and for me it was confirmation of what God already had planned for me and I knew then in my spirit that my 3-day fast was not going to be in vain. I'm on day 2 today on the 2nd of April 2024 and it's not easy but I'm pushing through...a 3-day fast's potent and it requires us to use the strength of God to push through. God's always faithful. Thank you Pastor Ike for your spirit filled message. I pray in agreement with you for all of us who understand the power of prayer and fasting in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Glory. Hallelujah.
