Intarsia method for joining two colors horizontally designed. Intarsia method seamlessly joins two colors (up to three) without needing to use other methods that interrupt your knitting along. It is the easiest and quickest method to join two or three colors when alternating back and forth between colors. It is best used when alternating back and forth all the way the craft, as downside to it is when using it simply to switch to a new color for a few rows it will leave a big gap where you started it, needing you to fill in that imperfection. The chunky knitted pumpkin will be knitted with using Royal Velvet by Loops & Threads. This yarn is so wonderful to work with as it is perfect for finger knitting and offers a nice luxe feeling to it as well as a nice weight to it. I take you through the whole process from start to finish of using the beautiful intarsia method to hand knit our beautiful Fall gold/white "candy" heavy weighted pumpkin.

The pumpkin will be on a smaller/medium side and recommend using Loops & Threads Royal Velvet to experience how finger knitting can use size 6 bulky yarn and how this brand offers one of the most pleasurable experiences to work with and gives a nice durability heavy weight to it.

Warning: Please have your hot glue gun ready towards the end of the project as it used for attaching and securing the stem and any imperfections. Also to watch the short tutorial video on connecting chunky yarn when hand crocheting.
