I always appreciate your kind words and feedback, noobTechie. :-D I do wish that I had more time to invest in this hobby. I'll try to keep the content flowing in, though work keeps me really busy sometimes so it's really difficult to find the time and motivation to play with code. Can't wait until I win the lottery and can spend all of my time playing and coding. hahah ;-D

I do love to help out though and it's great to be able to share what I learn with others.

I feel a bit behind and didn't get some of them posted. Very sorry about that. Still trying to find those, but I may just have to recreate them. :-(

The source for this tutorial is up, though. Follow the source link in the description, and it's at the bottom of the page. :-)

Thanks, Kyle! I really appreciate the encouragement. I'm still trying to keep my head above the waves with work and life. Hopefully, I'll be able to get back into it soon.

Hey there, noobTechie! I've been super busy so I haven't had a chance to do any more tutorials. Hopefully, things will calm down soon.

I'm thinking I may do a short tutorial on music and sound, first. It's an easier topic to cover. We'll see how things go and how much time I get to work on this.

Hello Aardaerimus, greetings from Argentina, me and a couple of friends are making a game following along with your tutorials and we think it would be great if, in the future, you can make a tutorial about how to make this games online. We are very thankfully for all your work!!

Well, the next top request is a battle system, but that could be really involved... I was thinking it might be a good idea to demonstrate my ImageAsset class, so people could get a better sense of why and how I made it, as well as writing images to our map file gzip stream.

C'mon we more from you...
Some simple things like, figting and enemy AI and some more map handling...

Omigosh! You're right! For some reason I thought I'd covered it in my NPC tutorial, but I just reviewed it and I never did.

I'm still a little torn on what method I want to use for this. I can use custom string splits, or List index advancing. Also, there's the "fast way" and the "right way". Fast is good for tutorials, but I really should do some string measurements and automatic wrapping... It's hard to choose.
