Given what the green lady did on covering up a perfectly legitimate threat from Smilo Ren, I can definitely see where this politician is coming from.
Smilo and OSHA are still out there, and the most cursory investigation into the deaths would reveal that Sol definitely didn't kill those Jedi.
Green Bean also knows who Smilo is, her shunned apprentice. So unless she's going to go on a secret mission and hunt him down and all the loose ends that point to Sol being innocent, she's going to be standing in front of a tribunal attempting to justify her actions pretty soon.
