As the California High-Speed Rail Authority celebrates National Women’s History Month, we celebrate the woman working on this historic project. This video features Alicia Fowler, Chief Counsel she shares how she has seen the shift in the presence of women in the transportation sector. She shares she’s excited to see the change in increase in women working in both the legal and construction side at the Authority.
