Georgia sucks in terms of employment as it is slave state. Employers are not required to give you a break whatsoever. Paid or unpaid. Even when employers offer a break it's usually 1 unpaid 30 minute and it can be in as little as 15 minutes into your shift. Other states require that you can't exceed 4-5 hours on the clock without a break. Meaning you can work 8 hours go on your break in 15 minutes into your shift and then expect to work 7+ hours nonstop. The only reason many give a lunch is to take that 30 minutes out of your check. It's nonsense. Georgia needs better break laws.

This is true. Georgia is the worse. Spread the word from New York to California, yall stop moving here. It's horrible. Georgia has ridiculous things like peace and privacy. If you listen to msnbc and npr you will not be happy here. Go vacation in Seattle.
