Your video saved me from sending back my Echo Dot to Amazon. I was having trouble setting up my echo dot and called the number given on the error msg I kept getting during device setup. The Service rep was useless and kept insisting I let him take over my PC to set up my echo and when I refused he took me thru a bunch of useless steps and blamed the problem on my network settings and hung up on me. I was able to fix the problem using your video. Thank you so much!

when i go thru the steps to set up the network it tells me internet may not be available. It does show the amazon-XXX to connect but i get the "may not be available" then when I try to connect to it no good. frustrating as
