I use to work with a co-worker at a previous employment who told me him and his wife met Johnny Cash, his wife and the band eating at a restaurant in Iowa and they were seated right in the middle of the restaurant floor eating along side the other customers. When they first arrived, they saw a huge black tour bus parked not knowing the Man in Black was inside. Johnny Cash and his wife were gracious enough to sign a paper napkin for him and his wife.
