I just tell myself that it could’ve been worse, or if it’s embarrassing but funny i’ll laugh at myself too, or tell myself to man up or something. Going to the gym is a great way of getting rid of stress

Not every test is there to make you stronger. Sometimes you do just have to suffer through it.

It’s kind of like breaking your leg. It hurts for weeks, and it technically makes your leg weaker. You don’t get stronger after breaking your leg.

But, you might learn something about pain management. How to correctly care for a broken limb, etc. So the next time it happens, it won’t be as bad. It’ll still hurt, but maybe not as much as the first time.

Honestly my therapist once told me that sometimes all you really can do is fake it til you make it. But she meant small things, like the first couple weeks of school.

If you need help, reach out. A lot of people love and care about you, even if it doesn't feel like it.
