Thank you so much for the video! Awesome content! I loved the linking cue, I'm gonna try it and see what happens, hopefully I can link for the first time. The leg and hip drive cue is soooo important for us girls because we don't have that much pull strength and endurance, it really changed my BMU game. For the next ones it would be super nice if you could show us a couple of hints like that for the handstand walk.
