I think Spinosaurus for the HC collection is gonna happen, hopefully. I also would love all three hybrids, Carnotaurus, Allosaurus, Stegosaurus, Corythosaurus, the JP3 raptors, pachycephalosaurus and perhaps more to be made in the Hammond Collection line.

Part of me wishes that Mattel would combine the legacy collection and Hammond collection into one. That way they could focus on this one line while giving us figures from both the older movies with some newer stuff here and there

I finally bought this figure at my local toy store and boy, when I handled this figure in hand, I will never buy another T Rex from Mattel ever again for a good reason. The sculpt is excellent especially that headsculpt is just *chef kiss* beautiful, the paint job is very realistic and feels like I'm holding a model from Stan Winston Studio. It's that good. The articulation is amazing, so much range and poses and makes all the other T Rexes from the Jurassic toyline look inferior. This is a masterpiece and work of art from Mattel. And go far as to say that this is my favourite Hammond Collection figure and maybe my last Jurassic figure that I would buy and ended my Jurassic figure hunting . That is the level of how satisfied I am. This is a must have for any Jurassic fan. If you can afford it What The Heck Mattel!!! But you know what I love Jurassic Park so much, it's my favourite movie of all time, so I manage to buy it using my money.

It looks great, by far the best Tyrannosaurus released by Mattel
But it’s disappointing what they did for some articulation points, mainly the head, jaw and arms
The detail in the head is breathtaking, but the rest of the body seems to loose detail
The damn feet are annoying, even the Trash N’ Devour has smaller feet than this rex

And the paint, it’s weird the obvious color variation, why they kept it that way?

I'm really not a fan of the glass eye, I feel like I'd have to attempt to paint over it if I got my hands on one of these.

While they were never in the movies, I'd love if the HC could also do the soft-canon games dinos, I'd love Herrerasaurus and Troodon pectinodon, the Tylosaurus would be phenomenal. It'd also be nice if they could extend the line to some of the quasi-movie dinos such as Metriacanthosaurus, Proceratosaurus, and Segisaurus. That way we could fully recreate a Jurassic Park. Segisaurus is long overdue a figure of any kind.

I love how much detail they put in with the tea Rex it does have a problem a little bit with the eye it pretty much has that problem with almost all the toys that I have seen but it’s an exceptional toy and I hope more like this comes out

So I’m a newb to the Mattel stuff, but have been a JP fan since I saw the first movie on VHS when I was 5.

Has the Trex already been officially released? Where do you go to get release dates for new additions?
