This figure makes me really optimistic that we will eventually get a Hammond collection Spinosaurus or Indominus.

It’s going to be a murder on my shelf space but if they can make a T. rex look this good then imagine what the Spinosaurus with its patterning would look like!

I'm in Sydney Australia & just received my Hammond Collection T-Rex in the post today after only pre-ordering it last week from our Big W (like a Walmart) ! It's magnificent & quite a good price at Au$89 (~US$ 62). So thankful the Hammond Collection is giving us such beautiful sculpts and FULL articulation (well better than previous figures).

The promotional pictures are first weren't all that convincing as the paint seemed meh but this looks great. Definitely hyped for it now.

Now that paint scheme on the rex is truely something you won't find in the normal toy line.

So let consider this we have neck, leg, and tail articulation for the extreme chompin rexes and we have jaw articulation for the extreme damage T. Rex and then we have sorta of a knee articulation for the stomp n escape we got tongue articulation for the epic roarin and we almost got a body movement for the thrash n devour and thrash n throw rexes. We already have arm articulation for all rexes just that some rexes have hinges but we don’t have bend and rotation but what I’m saying is if we all combine them all together this might be what I think we have is a super articulated T. Rex just that they added elbow articulation and wrists movements and leg and foot articulation and of course a bendable tail

When this comes out it will probably be the best Mattel trex toy. I don’t know if it will beat the Kenner ones though

Nice. But as with the Amber Collection probably won't come to Germany. Still better than during the Kenner era, where that would happen to mainline items.

Does it irk anyone else when they pose dinosaurs with the mouth open all the way, like it’s trying to unhinge its jaw? Glad to see a pic of the Rex with the mouth closed

still manages to look undersized to me in some way - we need to see this thing with some figures and an Explorer. I think it's the torso going up to the neck that bothers me, but it's still leagues ahead of the Legacy
