True facts! I cracked my bottom retainer and couldn't wear it and by the time my ortho could see me a week later my teeth had moved too far to fix 😭

I feel like braces are just a scam, man. You spend thousands of dollars for some metal that hurts, and then you forget to wear your retainer for 3 days and you have do it all over again. I'd rather have crooked teeth at this point. 😭

I accept my little bottom teeth shifting as it is 👍. Stopped wearing my retainer two years after getting my braces out--- and that was like, 4-6 years ago. It hasnt caused any issues.
