Hi. Volkswagen India! VW Taigun GT Plus Sport 1.5 was delivered to my family on the 13th of December 2024. Just in a week, to be precise on the 20th December I had to take back the brand new car to the service department as there were rattling noices from the left rear suspension and the breaks. Unfortunately it was not much of use. This is unacceptable for a brand new car.
The way you are treating Indian customers is pathetic. I also noticed the stitching on the steering has already started to come off. Similar car in Germany- T-Cross seems to be far better with built quality. Owned a polo GT TSI 1.2 for 11 years and the quality on that 11 years was so much better than the ones you are selling to the Indian customers.
If this is the way it goes, you will soon lose valuable customers who trust this brand :( SCHADE

I am have jetta 2.O TDI automatic car. Personnely I diving Our volkswagen taigun and virtus new cars have 1.5 TSI engines. Driving is not satisfied that jetta or passat 2.O engine performance
