Jaya is definitely the most underrated arc of all. It really was more important to the plot than most other arcs and it introduced the blackbeard - luffy dynamics and the speech about "dream", doflamingo, luffy punching bellamy, 5 elders and much more.

For me Whole Cake is absolutely top 3, didn't find any issues with it. The worldbuilding, storytelling and all the plot twists were just so entertaining and well thought out. Then again at WCI is when I switched to One Pace so the pacing is much more tolerable

fishman island is way too underrated, it has one of the best flashbacks, introduced joyboy, great worldbuilding, and the island itself was very pretty. one of the best representations of racism in fiction

Only thing I’d change is put Ennies Lobby and Whole Cake in goat talk but I’m biased since Sanji and Robin are my top 2 favourite characters so I think top 5 fits👍

Fishmen island was good but its too slow . Maybe because we just had an exciting climax of the first half of grandline (Sabaody, impel down and Marineford). Tough arcs ti follow. Plus fishmen island is just the start of the New World

For me it's the opposite the long arcs are mid but the lore dumps are peak. Every chapter felt exciting compared to the slow burn with small exciting tidbits and a few big moments.
