just a tip for anyone trying to use contacts with makeup- it’s recommended to put contacts in first and then do the makeup, and afterwards you want to remove contacts first and then remove makeup :)

Just as a warning of caution, i worked in the eye industry for a while. Always put a disclaimer before teaching people ANYTHING about contacts/eyes/etc if you are not an optician or whatnot. The people in eyes are mean as crap and they sue anything they can get their mits on. I dont mean to sound rude by this if i do, your work is awesome and i dont want it to be taken down because of dumb stuff TT

I always thought you should put the lenses in first so if they watered you wouldn’t ruin your makeup, and if any makeup got in your eye it wouldn’t be trapped under there.

Girl you gotta be careful for getting a cornea ulcer from not only the lenses themselves but if grass or somethjnf gets stuck under them. I worked in an optometrists office and you can EASILLY and QUICKLY loose your sight and at first it just feels like a small grain of sand. You should make sure to do eye washes/rinses with steril saline eye solution after to make sure. Any painted contact lens already increases your chances of that ten fold bc the pigment rubs on your cornea.
