Went from the I5 4590 which I used for over 5+ years to the 12100f. Such a huge upgrade!

People seem to forget that this is with really high end gpu. 85% of us have around low to med end gpu, and i3 10100f ( for probably 85% ) is sufficient enough and wouldn't be able to see difference

Some jump, for only 30$ difference. The problem is that we don't know how much of the performance difference comes from the CPU and how much comes from the RAM.

12th gen arcitecture is a massive leap from 10th/11th gen because of intel 7. If you wanted to upgrade the jump to 12th gen really shouldve been made from 9th gen.

Whats really funny is a 12100f batters a 4790k yet the 4790k still fetches more money used than 12100f new lol

The GPU usage on the 12100f system seems to be higher in every game by atleast 20%. That's what's pushing the higher frame rates? Does that mean that the 10100f is limiting the gpu?

Should i upgrade from 10100-f to 12100-f, and would i notice a difference in gaming on my setup? My gpu is 2060 super, monitor 1440p 144hz. Found 12100f on sale for 80euro, down from 110.
