Federer was far better player than Djokovic in 2019 Wimbledon final, he was better player in every aspect, yet he lost that match. Most heartbreaking thing I ever watched in sports. This was the beginning of decline of Federer. As millions of fans I think Federer was also mentally devastated by the outcome of this match that culminated in his retirement.

Oh that serve by Roger at the end !! It went towards Djocovic’s backhand as he moved to take it on his forehand. Had it gone over the net Fed would have won Wimbledon 2019. Even so, what a gift to sports he is; my favorite player and the GOAT.
