When you make a physically brutal sport look ridiculously easy, you know you are the greatest ever. No huffing, no puffing, no grunts, no sweat, no bouncing of the ball a hundred times, no theatrics. Just sheer class. A once-in-a-lifetime genius _/|\_

Easily the most talented tennis player we have ever seen.

There may be three GOATs in tennis. But only one player can hit shots like these with such natural ease and nonchalance. In the era of tennis machines, Federer brings the artsy class that will be much missed once he's gone.

Roger has possibly the greatest skills ever in tennis. His hands at the net are amazing along with the shots he is able to pull off. Truly an inspiration.

He has the best feel in the game I've ever seen so far.

I also don't care who will win the most GS's in the end, Federer makes tennis so beautiful and I cannot stop watching him and I'll continue watching his matches after he retires.
Also, almost all tennis coaches that publish tutorials on youtube, use his shots as tennis manual and that says a lot about what he means to tennis. He is also the reason I started to play tennis on a regular basis.

I feel lucky to have grown up watching prime Roger Federer. The fact that he can take Djokovic down to the wire in 5 sets and even have match points at age 39 is legendary in itself. It will be a sad but historic day when he hangs up his racquet.

Does anyone dare to put Roger's greatness in discussion? Nobody was, is, or will be able to produce tennis of this quality, no one!

There's just something about how graceful he plays.

What I don't like is when people describe Roger as just talented. No this isn't something you're just born with. To pull off shots like that he worked hard, got a lot of experience and most of all an unprecedented understanding and love for the game.

What i absolutely love about him is how effortless he makes it. It's something that's always been at my mind when I look at Federer vs Nadal for example. Nadal moaning at every shot, squeezing out what he has, while Federer is just silent doing his thing. Of course he puts in effort, but it doesn't feel like it. There's an elegance to his playstyle you don't see anywhere else

Watching federer play is a gift for the eyes. So graceful. No other player can hit the ball with such grace. Surely the greatest of all time

The aspect of tennis that numbers can't tell. Fed's numbers are enough for GOAT, but the elegance, poetry, and magic he produces will captivate the tennis world forever. He is undoubtedly the GOAT!

Federer is just a pleasure to watch! Sure, there are Monfils, Brown and Kyrgios, but i dont enjoy it that much, because i always feel like they're not playing seriously or without plan. And when ich see Nadal or Djokovic, it feels so exhausting. I know they all love playing tennis, but only federer gives me the geniune feeling of a kid that loves to play tennis.

One of my favorite things about tennis in my life. The humbleness of roger. And his on going amaaaazing friendship with nadal regardless of their rivalry.

There are a few great players, but only Roger made me fall in love with tennis, a true showstopper

Pure art. Can only be equated with watching Ronaldinho, Zidane or Magic Johnson
