The audio revealed itself quite evidently. While I lean towards B for the footage....that audio is horrible! But I will say that in some of the shots, A had much better color. I think it will all depend on when and where you are shooting. For this reason, I choose A, because overall it is pretty good and audio is better.

I would say A is the iPhone XS Max, because in 4:02 there's purple light leak coming out on the A's top left side, and the iPhone's lens usually tend to pick up more light leak than other camera would.

Hi Armando, a quick question about the osmo, do we need a "high end/pricey" smartphone to activate it and then use it? Unless we activated "one time only" it wont work, hope you can talk about it in your review, if the activation process can only be done through a "expensive/high end smartphone" its overall cost will be a lot higher, you can borrow a friends phone for the activation process but all the advanced features can only be acessed by the dji app on certain selected phones.

Can you do a video of the dji pocket connected to the iPhone while being held by the osmo mobile? As an osmo mobile owner, I am wondering if I’d see any benefit of having that setup.

Device B is the DJI pocket. 1:30 the the selfie shaking was a problem outlined on another video. But the video is still better than the iPhone. The DJI is a better option to bring less attention to yourself. With less weight to worry about. Just make sure to record audio on another device.

Someone please help me.. I love the High dynamic range video of iphone xs max. can I recover highlights/shadows in post processing in footage of DJI OSMO and make it look like HDR? I want to buy a camera which is cheaper than iPhone but has HDR like it while recording 4k videos. Should I go with DJI OSMO or there are better cameras available?

So I would not want to carry around that small little extra DJI Pocket but I would have no problem carrying the bigger Osmo? It would be a better comparison if you would compare the Pocket against the iPhone Xs (whic has electronic stabilisation) on its own. Then we would know it it is worth carrying 'an extra thingy' rather than just filming with the iPhone. Great vid never the less! Regards

I have been looking forward to a good portable camera for many years. My semi professional cameras make very nice recordings but are too heavy due to osteoarthritis in my hands. Since I also like to take walks in nature and I often want to capture this on video. Perhaps this camera is a great option for me to consider buying. I will follow the discussions and reviews for a while. Many thanks for sharing your experiences. I don't get it...why not just use the iphone? There are apps like filmic and movie pro that stabilize. Help me understand why I would not just get a great gimble for the phone if you are going to carry it anyhow. I guess if you are in an action moment then ok...but I'm guessing that the device could not handle the action moment should you crash.
