Thing is, the same thing can be said about Kokomi's weapon. They are character specific weapon. And when the character scales differently, the weapon becomes unique to them.

Its a sick weapon for barbara and especially kokomi, not to mention if you play yanfei as a shielder at c4, its sick. Some weapons are meant to be niche and very character specific its definitely not a bad weapon by any means

First thing I thought of was using it for Tankfei tbh 😅 (c4 yanfei gives a shield with your burst which scales off of max hp, so- I guess it wouldn't be too bad for that?)
