For the character themed ones you should be able to get them from each character’s respective story quest

The cinnabar spindle was made for Albedo. It matches his color palette and everything about it resonates with his abilities and scaling, it was made specifically for him I love it so much

It is especially infuriating because Honkai Impact actually has a "Time Capsule" events where you can redeem special currency from other events to buy previous events exclusive weapons, costumes and stigmata.

You forgot Festering Desire and some bow (can't remember the name) from a Windblume festival. Festering Desire is considered a pretty good weapon. It was introduced during the 1st Dragonspine event.

Like, even just making them a story quest, without all the special event stuff. Im so glad I was there for Windrise, but there was a surprise lore dump that might be important later. At the very lest, they should rerun events occasionally
