I'm shooting an indie film with the Production 4k, with vintage Japanese glass. I made some test footage and looks very good! Would be great to have some more ISO to work with, but... It is what it is.

Maybe a comparison of the different raw compressions Q5 5:1 12:1 etc.

Are you doing anything to the 6k dark footage as far as noise reduction?

Next time can you set both to iso 800 at 4K with the same lenses? it would’ve been a more balanced comparison

Production 4K uses a crappy CMOSIS sensor which is absolutely awful. The Cinema Camera 2.5K is far better. It uses the Fairlight sensor and has dual gain circuitry to achieve high dynamic range.

It beats the Production 4K in every way except for resolution
