Death strandings plot is so zig-zagged that both could be entirely true at the same time. I think thats what makes the game so good.

I also believe Tomorrow is Lou. At some point Lou dies, and then she comes from the afterlife as an adult. I think Lou is some chiral creature or has come chiral powers. Just like the BTs, shes still connected to the other side, but she's special somehow.
