Secrets I found after playing Death Stranding for 2 years. Includes a party and people shouting and playing music in one of the tiny houses on the hills near Mount Knot City. Also, shown are a woman singing and a person watching TV in those small houses. In addition I found that you can manipulated the camera when it is near the special item section of the table. I think #4 is a Cyberpunk 2077 easter egg, sounds like one of the themes and like someone is actually playing the game and enjoying themselves.
