I'm sorry, no. How in the heck is the defendant going to say that he takes care of his kids when his last payment for child support was over a year ago!? Puh-lease! In addition, the plaintiff loaned him money so that he could keep a roof over his head and pay utilities. Lastly, he said that he works odd jobs here and there, meaning he doesn't have anything stable at the moment where he could literally take care of his kids. He must be delusional to think that he's going to get custody.
