When my grandpa turned 99, the local newspaper asked what his secret was. He said he ate a banana a day. He passed away before he could make it to 100, so the family lovingly jokes that he was a few bananas short 😂

YES! I eat bananas, no matter if green, yellow or brown! My folks always waste bananas that have so much as a single dark spot smh

Definitely the older the banana the tastier it gets. They never survive in our house long enough to get fully brown though 😂

For some reason I find that browned bananas give me a tingly feeling on my mouth that is similar to an allergic reaction. Once the banana develop spots I have to finish them asap.

Yellow are good to eat, brown are saved for banana nut bread... Hide your yellow until they turn into bread...with pecans❤

add Brown bananas to a protein shake. Peanut Butter protein and a brown banana go great together.
