How to Add Tick and Cross in Excel Cell [3 Methods]
In this video, you will learn how to add a tick or cross in Excel spreadsheet based on certain condition. For example when a task is completed and you type the word "completed", a tick box will appear in the next cell or any where you put the fornula. I will be showing you three different methods and these methods work slightly differently and you can choose a method that you like the modt. One method is by using windows and the dot key, the second method is by using the conditional formating in Exel and applying a rule. The method is by using the Wingdings font that has 2 shapes of ticks and 2 shapes of cross available. We will be using Excel functions IF and char() to add tick and cross in Excel cells.
