MAGA rep doubles down after deleting 'shockingly' racist tweet: ‘It’s all true’

After being confronted by his Republican colleagues, Rep. Clay Higgins deleted his “shockingly racist” tweet attacking Haitians. But once Congress officially left town for six weeks, he essentially turned around and said, “I'll do it again if I want to.”
