we are referring to years as they pass here on earth. that doesn't mean that all time passes the same way in the universe. Time isn't like a straight line. Its more like a continuous loop... or a sphere that can be traversed multidimensionally.

(I'm not religious) but this makes no sense. Athiests will say they don't believe in god because the cocept of a being who was never created but has always been is illogical and then in the same breath state that the universe and time itself just suddenly exploded into existence out of absolutely nothing. I find both ideas hard to grasp. Even if you believe there was something that existed before the big bang you can always ask where that 'thing' came from and it sends you into the same loop hole. At some point in history there HAS to be something that came from nothing or something that always was.

Some believe that space is expanding. But we don’t know for sure, but let me tell you what I do know for sure about space.
I took up space in school.
And as I get older, I am expanding. I went from a 20 waist to a 42. That’s not a theory that’s a fact.
So when you say, space is expanding and ongoing continuum I could relate!!!

For the second video I've watched in a row, they say that the Big Bang was 13.8bn years ago. A while ago they said that the Big Bang was 13.7bn years ago. Man I'm getting old! 😮
