Imagine if I told you that our universe has been around forever, even before the Big Bang. It might sound pretty wild, right? Well, hold onto your hats because renowned physicist Brian Cox is on board with this mind-bending idea.

To be fair/clear, this is minor click-bait: <4 mins of Brian Cox (mostly audio), the rest some other narrator.

The beauty of science is that it discovers, theorises, tries, concludes, and if mistaken, learns and corrects. It's fascinating and beautiful that there are so many things we still don't know about the universe. There is so much for us left to discover, to learn, to comprehend, to know.

No one knows…. That’s the magic of it . Cox ‘s humbleness, ‘ I don’t know’!

We will never know. It’s entertaining for sure. I’ve researched this topic for decades and the more I learn the less I know. Enjoy the little time we are here.

I love that there are people out there who are so smart, they constantly remind me of my own stupidity.

Energy is neither created nor destroyed . It has always been and simply changes form over and over. 😊

I believe there was no beginning and there will be no end. Big bangs have been going on forever and will continue.

Time may not have a beginning and an end. The concept of beginning and end is a man made concept of our mind we try to fit everything into

If the Earth is 4 1/2 billion years old I bet the universe is trillions of years old and there are probably billions of universes in the infinite space that is not expanding but is already infinite.

It would only make sense that big bangs have always been infinite, expansion then collapse and repeat infinitely. The big bang as the beginning of all existence has never made sense, but the continued expansion and collapse then expansion into infinity just makes sense.

Definitely on the right track now. Stop looking at the tree When there is a forest.

Because we feel alone in the universe it’s the reason we talk about this. If we know we are not alone and we had communicate with aliens then it’s not interesting anymore.

It’s amazing what Brian Cox and Dr. Carl Zucker discovered together recently while writing a paper on the expanding universe. They seem pretty excited about it. It’s called the “Cox-Zucker”principal of expansion 😬 say it slowly…..
