thanks for this wonderful video, me and my friend just finished hardwiring my vantrue n4 pro into my car today, and with your video to guide us it was a breeze. decided to go with the radio and the cigarette lighter fuses for constant and ignition power. thankfully for us the 10mm bolt was right next to the fuse box, and we just had to remove the side panel to access it.

I had to buy a hardwire kit for my dashcam because my stereo took up the OBD2 outlet and that was previously powering my stereo. I havent installed a hardwire kit before, this tutorial was very thorough and helped me understand ehat each cable meant. Didnt wanna short any of my fuses. Thanks

This is an excellent video. The fuse explainations on the sides the power comes in was very helpful. I had been putting the camera add a fuse parts in upside down and once I found your video I was able to correct my mistake. Thank you!

thank you for this video. Much better than the enclosed directions. The kit seems well engineered and made - wish the directions were better. Your direction to correctly identify which side of the fuse is "hot" and orienting the adapter correctly is extremely helpful.

i can't believe how easy that install was, and i didn't break anything, OMG, i am so pleased with my install, I've been known to break half of the car before i install anything, i might as well call myself (Wreck-It Ralph), thank you so much, i will finish up tomorrow, all that's left to do is put the foot panel on, but i want to test a few fuses before i do so, waiting for sunlight to go at it again. 😃😆😁😁

Very helpful. I used it this weekend to install 3 cameras. A little more info regarding which circuits are better than others would be helpful. One of my vehicles was a hybrid and so all the incab circuits are always hot. I had to run a line into the vehicle from the fuse box under the hood. The first car (2019 VW Beetle) was a breeze. Hybrid was a 2013 Chevy Tahoe... challenging. The final car was a 2012 Range Rover HSE Lux which created a few challenges because the dashboard is more sealed to fight road noise and the panel was behind the passenger side glove box. Overall, couldn't have done it without your video. Thanks!

Thank you. With your help I managed to do this myself with confidence and with a bit of peace of mind. We’ll explained. I myself used:
power outlet#1 for acc
Rear doors for the battery
And of course the ground to the “famous 10mm”
Bolt closest to the fuse box.
